Classification of injection manipulators

In the injection molding industry, we generally divide it into two categories according to its intelligence:

1. Basic injection manipulator: This type of manipulator also includes a fixed mode program and a teaching mode program modulated according to the production process. The fixed mode program includes several standard processes of the injection molding process, which do simple, regular and repetitive actions. The teaching mode program is designed for injection molding machines with special craftsmanship. It can achieve the requirements of some complex movements by orderly arranging standard technological movements.

2. Intelligent injection manipulator: This type of manipulator includes functions such as standby at any point, multi-point memory placement, and multiple degrees of freedom. By using servo motor drive, it can imitate human hands and arms to complete complex actions to the greatest extent. At the same time, some are also equipped with advanced sensors, so that the manipulator has tactile, visual and even thermal functions, and thus has further intelligence.
